Late Shri Manilalbhai Laxmichand Vora, born in Mundra and having spent his professional life in Mumbai, established the Shri Laxmichand Manekchand Charitable Trust in honor of his beloved father. His vision was to provide the people of Mundra and beyond with access to nature cure treatments at affordable rates, ensuring a healthy life without any side effects. With this noble purpose in mind, he founded the institution in 1982.

This institution was a dream that was dear to his heart. Tragically, he passed away shortly after its establishment, but his wife, Late Shri Manjulaben Vora, took on the responsibility of continuing his mission. Today, their daughter, Mrs. Meenakshiben P Shah, works tirelessly to carry forward her father’s legacy.

The institution also enjoys the support of trustees including Shri Prakashbhai Hathibhai Shah, Shri N P Patwa, Shri Yogenbhai Lathiya, and Local Committee Member Shri Bhupendrabhai H Mehta. Together, they are dedicated to advancing the progressive work of this institution and ensuring that Shri Manilal Vora’s dream continues to thrive.
